4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share data only when necessary: with providers that render services to us, such as website hosting, delivery and security, usage statistics and email, under confidentiality and security obligations; and with authorities, when required by law or court order.
5. International transfers
Some of our technology providers, including those for website hosting, security and statistics, process data on servers outside Brazil. In these cases, the transfer takes place under the conditions set out in art. 33 of Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and the regulations of the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
6. How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and, after that, for as long as required by legal or regulatory obligations or necessary for the regular exercise of rights. At the end of that period, the data is deleted or anonymized. Website usage statistics are kept in aggregate form.
7. Your rights
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request: confirmation that processing takes place; access to the data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data or data processed in breach of the law; portability, as regulated; deletion of data processed on the basis of consent, except where the law allows it to be kept; information on who we share your data with; information on the possibility of withholding consent and its consequences; and withdrawal of consent.
To exercise your rights, write to privacidade@amatuzzi.com. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or by attorney-client privilege; in such cases, we will tell you why. You may also lodge a petition with the ANPD.
8. Cookies and statistics
We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies to track visitors. Website statistics come from a tool that stores no cookies or other data in your browser and does not identify individual visitors. The website’s infrastructure provider may use cookies that are strictly necessary for security and protection against automated access. You can block cookies in your browser settings, which may affect some features.
9. Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures, appropriate to the nature of the data, to protect personal data against unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful events.
10. Third-party links and audience
This website may contain links to third-party websites, which have their own policies. This website is not directed at persons under 18.
